1.1 ) Through SSL Security Certificate, credit card information is encrypted with Comodo and transmitted securely to our bank for payment processing.
1.2 ) For issues arising from hardware or software on hosting and reseller servers, the service owner is responsible for their own backups. Our company is not liable under any circumstances.
1.3 ) Backups are valid for sites not exceeding 5 GB. Sites larger than 5 GB are excluded from backup services, and our company cannot be held responsible for any issues with these sites. Customers are obligated to manage their own backups.
2.1 ) Weekly backups are not taken for VPS and VDS services. If the customer has not purchased a paid backup service, our company assumes no responsibility.
3.1 ) No free or paid backups are provided for rented or hosted dedicated servers.
3.2 ) All backup responsibilities lie with the user renting or hosting the server. Our company will not accept any liability under any circumstances.
Accounts with payments overdue by 7 days are deleted from servers. Consequently, backups of deleted accounts will also be removed from the servers after the service period. Customers cannot request backups once the service period has ended. Therefore, in case of any inconvenience, our company cannot be held liable.
